I went to my grandmothers house for a huge party, and we ate at the end we watched fireworks. hope you had a good time.
TIP: If your sweaty and its a million degrees outside i recommend setting your makeup with a powder because it will control oil and sweat and by the end of the day you don't want to look like a grease ball!
the powder I've been using is the N.Y.C (new york color) smooth skin loose face powder in translucent.

Hi, Julian! I'm a friend of your mom's and I hope you don't mind me peeking around here. Love your blog! Those cakes look amazing and it sounds like you had a great time. We didn't do anything special here for the 4th, just watched movies. I've never tried the NYC brand of makeup but see it all over...so it's pretty good? A lot of it gets really good reviews on makeupalley.com, I know!
